Objective

We wanted a way to increase visibility on the time we were committing to a client’s retainer services and additional billable services to allow for the client to easily and concisely see where their money was being spent.

Process

The team had already implemented a method for tracking and visualizing where they spent their time. We leveraged this data to build a feed specific to the client in question that easily broke out and visualized where time was being spent.
